Our Mission
Mojave Research exists because the people building AI for national security should understand both the technology and the mission. We pair a Marine — with the leadership to drive any program through any obstacle and the deep knowledge of federal standards to do it right — with classified AI researchers who ship production models. Not advisors. The engineers writing the code, deploying the models, and driving the program forward. That background spans TS/SCI enclaves, active conflict zones, and petabyte-scale classified pipelines — and it's what we build on.

Jason brings that to every engagement: the refusal to accept blockers, the instinct to find a way through, and the discipline to hold the standard. Thirteen years active duty — including a combat deployment with 3rd LAR — gave him deep fluency in federal acquisition, NIST frameworks, RMF, and how the IC actually operates. MRI builds technology that passes muster because Jason knows exactly who's checking.

Manbir's work at Leidos solved a problem no commercial AI company faces — deploying production models on classified networks where you can't train on live data. His patent in synthetic data generation was born from that constraint.
